Re-Scheduling
Late, Reschedule, & No-Show Policy

Late Reschedules & Cancellations (within 48 hours of your appointment)

 

  • Appointments without a deposit: A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • Appointments with a deposit: will forfeit 100% of the deposit.

 

Please Note: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.   

 

No-Shows & Cancellations (within 1 hour of your appointment)

  • Facials/Skin, Lashes, Brow Lamination, Saline Removal, Tattoo Touch-Ups, Waxing Services:
    100% of the appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • New Cosmetic/Medical Tattoo Appointments:
    100% of the deposit is forfeit, and a $150 no-show fee will be applied (up to the total cost of the service).

These policies are strictly enforced to protect the time of our staff and clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.

Punctuality
Punctuality

If you are running late, please notify us by texting your artist directly. 

We have a 15 minute grace period.

After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on your artist's schedule, as most of our services require a set amount of time to be completed to Studio N's quality standard. If so, the deposit will be forfeit (or if no deposit was required, you will be charged a $100 late fee) since we can no longer fill that time slot.

 For lash extension apts only, we will do our best to lash in the time remaining at the full cost of service.

Referral Program

Share The Love!

As a token of our thanks for your support, you will receive the gift of a referral credit toward future services & product purchase when you refer a new client to us.

To receive the referral credit, the individual you referred must list your name in the 'Referred by' field when they fill out their client form at their first visit. Don't forget to give us their name so we can check for you!

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

General Return & Exchange Policy

  • No refunds: We offer in-store credit or exchanges only.

  • Eligibility:

    • Products must be sealed and unopened to qualify for in-store credit or exchange.

    • Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, all sales are final.

  • In-store credit:

    • If your return is eligible, you’ll receive a gift card for the total amount paid (minus any shipping fees).

    • Gift cards can be used toward any product or service at our studio and do not expire.

Proof of Payment

A valid receipt or proof of payment is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right:
 

  1. Contact us immediately: Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item and your order details. Please email info@studionbeauty.com.

  2. Resolution options:

    • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or in-store credit based on the item’s availability and your preference.

    • Please note that shipping fees (including return fees, where applicable) are non-refundable
       

Lost or Missing Items

If your package is lost during shipping:
 

  1. Report the issue: Notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  2. Investigation process:

    • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

    • If the  carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or in-store credit.

SkinCeuticals Products

If you’ve purchased a SkinCeuticals product and are not completely satisfied after opening or using it, please contact SkinCeuticals customer service directly at 1-877-238-8754 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time) for further assistance.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the eligible return period will not be accepted.

  • We are unable to process returns for items that show signs of use (excluding SkinCeuticals products).

We understand the importance of reliable and affordable shipping for our customers. Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we’ve adjusted our shipping methods to ensure your orders are delivered promptly. During this period, we are offering flat-rate shipping options with discounted rates, subsidized in part by us, to provide you with the most affordable service possible.

 

All shipping options include a tracking number, so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
